Il coscio di agnello con erbe aromatiche e lardo è un secondo piatto davvero prelibato.

Il coscio di agnello si presenta come un arrosto, perché è disossato, quindi si taglia comodamente a fette.

L’interno l’ho farcito con fettine sottili di lardo stagionato e con un trito di erbe aromatiche.

Se non hai il lardo puoi usare pancetta o guanciale, sempre, però, a fettine molto sottili.

E’ facile da preparare e anche da cuocere, senza nessuna tecnica o procedimenti particolari.
